Preparation. This chapter covers all of the necessary background information that must be accomplished before your first dealer visit.  Learn the steps that car dealers require their salespeople to perform and how to find valuable on-line pricing information.  Also, prepare yourself with valuable financing options.

Dealer Visit. This chapter details what buyers should accomplish during their first serious visit to the dealership.  Remember, a customer should not buy a car on this visit!  We will explain how to extract all the necessary information, enabling the customer to effectively negotiate the best deal.

Calculations. This chapter allows the customer to calculate the actual front-end and back-end dealer's cost.  It will enable them to check the dealer's "pencils" and eliminate hidden profit streams.

Closing. This chapter reveals strategies dealers will uses when they are "closing" a sale.  This information will empower the customer to stay a step ahead of the salesman and obtain the best deal.
